Cava appoints Ulta Beauty retail chief Amiee Bayer-Thomas to board

Cava Group appointed Ulta Beauty Chief Retail Officer Amiee Bayer-Thomas to its board, effective July 29.

Bayer-Thomas oversees operations across more than 1,500 Ulta stores, covering real estate growth, store design and loss prevention.

She previously served at Ulta as chief store operations officer and chief supply chain officer.

Earlier roles included leadership posts at JCPenney and Limited Brands.
