CAVA Group's Q3 revenue grew to $356.44 million, slightly missing the $358.54 million analyst consensus. Net income was $13.20 million, and diluted earnings per share were $0.11. The company said net income declined year over year, mainly due to higher depreciation and compensation.
CAVA raised its 2026 same-restaurant sales growth outlook to 6.0%-7.0%, from 4.5%-6.5%. It now expects 76 to 78 net new restaurant openings, up from 75 to 77, and forecasts adjusted EBITDA of $184 million to $189 million.
The company attributed revenue growth primarily to new restaurant openings exceeding performance expectations. Same-restaurant sales growth reflected higher menu prices, product mix and slightly positive guest traffic, while Cyclospora and concerns over fresh produce consumption weighed on sales.
