Cava opens first Wisconsin restaurant in Greenfield
CAVA•CAVA opened its first Wisconsin restaurant in Greenfield, expanding to 31 states and the District of Columbia. A second Wisconsin location is scheduled to open in Madison in mid-November, as the company targets at least 1,000 restaurants by 2032.
1. Wisconsin expansion
The 3,000-square-foot Greenfield restaurant will employ 25 to 40 local workers. CAVA plans to open a second 3,000-square-foot Wisconsin restaurant at Madison’s Hilldale Shopping Center in mid-November.
