Cavco Industries won two national design awards from the Manufactured Housing Institute for its Serenity Cabana single-section manufactured home and its 3,000 sq ft, three-section Luxus modular home built at its Millersburg, Oregon and Goshen, Indiana facilities. Selected from over 80 entries across 18 categories, they underscore Cavco’s design innovation.
1. Cavco Receives Two National Design Awards
Cavco Industries captured two Excellence in Manufactured Housing Awards at the 2026 MHI Congress & Expo, winning in the Single-Section Manufactured Home and Modular Home Design categories. Winners were chosen from over 80 entries across 18 award categories, highlighting Cavco’s leadership in design innovation and product quality.
2. Serenity Cabana Single-Section Home
The Serenity Cabana showcases a modern single-slope roofline, trapezoidal clerestory windows and soaring lofted ceilings to maximize living space. Built at Cavco’s Millersburg, Oregon facility, this design proves compact factory-built homes can deliver a bold architectural statement without sacrificing efficiency.
3. Luxus Three-Section Modular Home
The 3,000 sq ft Luxus model features an open living concept with optional flex areas for home offices or extended family, combining elegant finishes with affordability. Manufactured at Cavco’s Goshen, Indiana plant, the Luxus home underscores the company’s capacity to scale high-quality, large-footprint modular construction.
