CB Financial net income rises 9.03% to $4.3 million in Q2 FY26

CB Financial Services posted net income of $4.3 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, up 9.03% from a year earlier.
Net interest and dividend income rose 15.9% to $14.5 million, while net interest margin (GAAP) widened 0.14 percentage point to 3.68%.
Expenses and balance sheet trends
Noninterest expense climbed 18.8% to $10.4 million, driven by higher salaries and benefits and a jump in data processing costs.
Total assets increased 7% to $1.66 billion from Dec. 31, 2025, with deposits excluding brokered funding up 8.5% to $1.35 billion.
Nonperforming loans fell to $3.4 million from Dec. 31, 2025, lowering the nonperforming loans ratio to 0.29% from 0.46%.
