CB Financial Services sets CEO Montgomery base salary at $495,000 under new employment agreement

CB Financial Services’ bank unit signed new employment agreements with CEO John H. Montgomery and Chief Banking Officer Bruce Sharp on Aug. 24, 2026.
Initial terms run through April 30, 2029, with annual renewals designed to keep a 36-month remaining term.
Base salaries are set at $495,000 for Montgomery and $294,500 for Sharp; Montgomery’s bonus target is set at 20% of salary.
Montgomery is eligible for annual equity grants targeted at 20% of salary; the compensation committee can adjust targets.
Severance is set at remaining-term salary or 12 months, and change-in-control payout is set at 3x salary plus average bonus.
