cbdMD appointed Wade Brown as Chief Marketing Officer to drive expansion across DTC, Amazon, retail and new categories after 19% year-over-year and 12% sequential revenue growth. Brown, who joined in March 2025 and led cbdMD’s Bluebird Botanicals integration, will oversee marketing and commercial growth for its multi-brand wellness portfolio.
On June 16, cbdMD named Wade Brown as Chief Marketing Officer, reporting directly to CEO Ronan Kennedy. Brown joined cbdMD in March 2025 after senior marketing roles at NatureWise, Vanity Planet and other consumer brands, bringing ecommerce, Amazon and performance marketing expertise.
cbdMD reported 19% year-over-year and 12% sequential revenue growth driven by momentum in its core brands and the integration of Bluebird Botanicals, where Brown played a central role in stabilizing the combined brand portfolio.
In his new role, Brown will oversee marketing and commercial initiatives across cbdMD’s portfolio—including cbdMD, Paw CBD, Oasis and Bluebird Botanicals—focusing on DTC, Amazon, retail, CRM and product launches to expand its multi-brand wellness platform into adjacent CPG and clinical healthcare channels.
