At the May 14, 2026 annual meeting, all 12 board nominees won majority support for one-year terms ending in 2027, while Alexander J. Matturri Jr. did not stand for re-election. Shareholders also approved executive compensation, ratified KPMG LLP as the independent auditor for fiscal 2026 and rejected a proposal on shareholder written consent rights.
