He will be based in Chicago and Amsterdam, supporting global risk oversight and strategic business segments including Cboe Clear U.S. and European Equities.

Duinstra brings over 30 years of experience in risk management, clearing and derivatives markets. He most recently served as CEO of ABN AMRO Clearing USA, and previously held roles as Head of Risk Management at ICE Clear Europe and Global Chief Risk Officer at ABN AMRO.

As Chief Risk Officer, Duinstra will lead Cboe's global risk management function, enhance operational resilience, governance, and enterprise risk framework. He is expected to strengthen risk discipline across Cboe's equity, index derivatives and FX markets as the company scales internationally.
