CDT Environmental Technology Investment Holdings held an extraordinary general meeting on July 28, 2026.
Shareholders adopted a name change, subject to Cayman Islands Registrar approval and issuance of a change-of-name certificate.
The authorised share capital increase was also adopted, lifting it to US$31.25 million split into 470,000,000 Class A shares and 30,000,000 Class B shares.
A share consolidation was adopted in principle at a 1-for-5 to 1-for-10 range, pending a board-set ratio; the consolidation has not occurred.
A redesignation of 182,983 Class A shares into Class B shares was adopted; the redesignation has not been completed.
