CDT•CDT Equity will complete a 1-for-25 reverse stock split effective Sept. 28 at 5:00 p.m. ET, with split-adjusted Nasdaq trading set to begin Sept. 29 under ticker CDT. The company expects its outstanding shares to fall to about 1,013,515.

Every 25 outstanding shares will be consolidated into one share, while par value will remain $0.0001. The new CUSIP is 20678X700, and fractional shares will be cashed out on a proportional basis.
