CDT Equity announces virtual annual shareholder meeting

CDT Equity will hold a virtual annual stockholder meeting on Aug. 28, 2026.

Shareholders will vote on:

• Electing five directors for one-year terms.
• Appointing Carr, Riggs & Ingram as auditor for fiscal 2026.
• Authorizing reverse stock splits from 1-for-2 to 1-for-100, capped at 1-for-500 in total.
• Issuing shares tied to a senior secured convertible note and warrant, plus up to 12,131,770 shares from pre-funded warrants.
