CDT Equity posted a net loss of USD 4.64 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, narrowing from USD 6.03 million.
Operating loss narrowed to USD 3 million from USD 4.95 million, as operating expenses fell to USD 3 million from USD 4.95 million.
Other expense widens on convertible note items
Other expense widened to USD 1.54 million from USD 1.02 million, driven by convertible note fair-value and conversion-related items.
Research and development spending drops sharply
Research and development expense dropped 84% to USD 302,000, due to lower Sarborg-related activity and reduced Thesprogen agreement costs.
General and administrative expense decreased 13% to USD 2.7 million, on lower legal and professional fees, salaries and stock-based compensation, and insurance.
