Celcuity appointed David W. Gryska to its board as it shifts to a commercial-stage business following its first FDA approval. Gryska previously served as executive vice president and CFO at Incyte and held earlier CFO roles at Celgene and Scios. He has also served on public biotech company boards, including Seagen’s for more than 15 years.
