Celcuity gains as breast cancer drug launches in US
CELC•Celcuity says its FDA-approved breast cancer drug Revtorpyk is now commercially available in the US. Citizens estimates a one-month supply will cost $30,000 and forecasts $6.5 million in 2026 sales.
1. US launch begins
Celcuity said Revtorpyk is now commercially available in the US. The drug is approved with fulvestrant, with or without Pfizer’s Ibrance, for certain patients with advanced breast cancer whose tumors lack a PIK3CA mutation and whose disease worsened after hormone therapy.
2. Sales estimate and expansion
Citizens estimates a one-month supply will cost $30,000 and forecasts Revtorpyk sales of $6.5 million in 2026. The brokerage maintained its market outperform rating and $177 price target, citing the drug’s effectiveness and Celcuity’s launch preparations. Celcuity is also seeking FDA approval for patients whose tumors have PIK3CA mutations.
