Celcuity reports 15.7-month median radiographic progression-free survival with drug combination in prostate cancer patients previously treated with abiraterone
CELC•Celcuity reported a 15.7-month median radiographic progression-free survival with gedatolisib and darolutamide in prostate cancer patients previously treated with abiraterone. Updated Phase 1b/2 results showed longer disease control in this group than in patients previously treated with enzalutamide.
1. Updated trial results
Celcuity presented updated Phase 1b/2 results for gedatolisib with darolutamide in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer at ESMO on October 23, 2026. Patients previously treated with abiraterone had a 15.7-month median radiographic progression-free survival and longer disease control than those previously treated with enzalutamide; the combination had manageable safety, with no treatment-related discontinuations or deaths.
2. Next trial phase
Phase 2 is expected to begin in the first half of 2027 to determine the recommended Phase 3 dose.
