Cellebrite announces annual shareholder meeting notice

Cellebrite will hold its annual general meeting in Petah Tikva, Israel on Sept. 24, 2026.
Shareholders will vote on re-electing Brandon Van Buren and Ryusuke Utsumi as Class II directors through the 2029 annual meeting.
The agenda includes a binding vote on CEO Shiven Ramji’s compensation package, including annual equity awards targeted at USD 9 million.
Investors will also vote on adopting a new compensation policy for officers and directors.
A separate resolution seeks reappointment of Kost Forer Gabbay & Kasierer, an Ernst & Young member firm, as independent auditor for 2026.
