Cellebrite names Shiven Ramji CEO, replacing Thomas Hogan
CLBT•CEO transition announced
Cellebrite said Thomas E. Hogan stepped down as CEO effective Aug. 13, 2026, under a mutual agreement.
The company appointed Shiven Ramji as CEO as part of a planned succession.
Board resignation and adviser role
Hogan also resigned from the board on Aug. 13, 2026.
He will serve as an adviser for six months.
