Cellectar Biosciences reported a 79.2% major response rate in a Phase 2 analysis of iopofosine I 131 in BTK inhibitor-refractory Waldenström macroglobulinemia. It plans to start a Phase 3 trial in early 2027 and targets a U.S. accelerated-approval filing in the first half of 2027.
