Cellyan Biotechnology appoints Letao Zhao as independent director and compensation committee chair

Letao Zhao joined Cellyan Biotechnology’s board as an independent director and became compensation committee chair, effective Sept. 18, 2026, replacing Mike Yao Zhou, who resigned from the board and stepped down from four committees.
