The deal also covers production of DMC-derived products, including Dezawa MuseExosomes, supported by product-specific processes, specifications, testing, and release criteria.
MuseCell Innovations projects the expanded relationship could drive more than $300 million in aggregate purchases from Celularity over five years.
The broader collaboration could add more than 200 jobs at the New Jersey site, focused on biomanufacturing, quality control, engineering, and support roles.
U.S. manufacturing collaboration
Celularity entered a U.S. manufacturing collaboration with MuseCell Innovations to produce Dezawa MuseCells at its Florham Park, New Jersey facility.
The initial scope targets manufacturing capability for MCI-authenticated preparations, using qualified starting materials under the licensed Dezawa Method.
