Celularity risks Nasdaq delisting after CELU bid price stays below $1 for 30 days
CELU•Nasdaq notice over minimum bid price
Celularity received a Nasdaq notice for failing the $1 minimum bid price rule, following 30 straight business days below $1.
Shares remain listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market under CELU; there is no immediate trading impact.
The compliance deadline is set for Jan. 19, 2027. To regain compliance, the bid price must close at or above $1 for 10 consecutive business days.
If Celularity fails to regain compliance, Nasdaq could begin a delisting process. A second 180-day cure period may be available if other standards are met.
