Inversiones Aspi, a Holcim subsidiary, filed an amended U.S. offer to purchase Cementos Pacasmayo voting common shares on November 2, 2026. The offer covers U.S.-resident holders of voting common shares and holders of American Depositary Shares representing those shares. Cementos Pacasmayo also filed an amendment to its Schedule 14D-9 with the SEC on November 2.
