Cencora Q4 swings to net income of $529.1 million
COR•Cencora reported fourth-quarter FY26 GAAP diluted earnings of $2.71 per share, versus a year-earlier loss, and revenue up 6% to $88.35 billion. For FY26, GAAP diluted earnings more than doubled to $17.95 per share, and revenue rose 5% to $337.4 billion.

Cencora swung to fourth-quarter FY26 GAAP diluted earnings of $2.71 per share from a year-earlier loss, while revenue rose 6% to $88.35 billion. For the full fiscal year, GAAP diluted earnings more than doubled to $17.95 per share and revenue increased 5% to $337.4 billion. The company also signed a definitive agreement to acquire American Oncology Network, expanding its oncology platform.
