Cencora reported fourth-quarter revenue of $88.35 billion, up 5.5% and slightly above the $88.03 billion analyst estimate. Adjusted EPS rose 21% to $4.66, compared with an estimate of $4.58. Adjusted operating income was $1.20 billion, below the $1.24 billion estimate.
The company expects fiscal 2027 adjusted diluted EPS of $19.40 to $19.75, revenue growth of 3% to 5%, and adjusted operating income growth of 4% to 6%. U.S. Healthcare Solutions revenue growth was driven by higher unit volumes, including specialty products and GLP-1 drugs. Higher gross profit margin was driven by the February 2026 OneOncology acquisition, partly offset by increased sales of lower-margin GLP-1 products; adjusted operating expenses rose mainly due to acquisition costs.
Cencora raised its quarterly dividend by 10%.
