Centene posted Q2 GAAP diluted EPS of $2.19, swinging from a loss a year earlier; adjusted diluted EPS was $2.51.
Revenue rose 9.9% to $53.58 billion, while the health benefits ratio narrowed 3.4 percentage points to 89.6%.
Premium and service revenue climbed 4% to $44.38 billion, led by Medicare up 17% to $11.06 billion as Commercial fell 7% to $9.36 billion.
Cash flow from operations totaled $3.59 billion; cash, investments and restricted deposits were $44.85 billion, with $715 million available for corporate use.
Centene raised 2026 guidance to GAAP diluted EPS above $3.11 and adjusted diluted EPS above $4.80, citing about $0.50 of non-recurring items.
