Superior HealthPlan launched a Mental Health Rehabilitation (MHR) and Targeted Case Management (TCM) Centers of Excellence program, evaluating 15 non-LMHA applicants and naming Arrow Child & Family Ministries, CK Family Services and Pathways Youth and Family Services as its first designees. The initiative targets Medicaid-insured children and youth in Texas, setting elevated standards in clinical quality, compliance and coordinated care.

Arrow Child & Family Ministries provides MHR and TCM services for children affected by trauma across Amarillo, Austin, Beaumont, Brownwood, Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston, Lubbock, McAllen, San Antonio, Tyler and Waco. Its evidence-based, community-centered approach includes skills training, crisis support, medication education, life skills coaching and individualized therapeutic services in partnership with caregivers and managed care organizations.

3. CK Family Services and Pathways Youth and Family Services Details

CK Family Services’ Children’s Mental and Behavioral Health program delivers MHR and TCM services for children aged three and older throughout North and Central Texas, with a focus on the Dallas–Fort Worth metro area via home, school, community and telehealth settings. Pathways Youth and Family Services’ Mosaic Behavioral Health offers statewide in-person services in Abilene, Austin, Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston, Odessa and San Antonio plus telehealth, including individual and family therapy, child psychiatry, assessments, skills training and case management.
