Amended 8-K corrects merger agreement reference

Centerspace filed an amended 8-K to correct a typographical error in the EDGARized merger agreement tied to its proposed deal with Independence Realty Trust.

The amendment fixes a cross-reference in Section 8.03(a)(iii), changing “Section 8.01(g)” to “Section 8.01(h).”

The company said the originally filed Exhibit 2.1 should be disregarded.
