Centerspace issued its 2025 ESG report, outlining how environmental, social, and governance factors are integrated into operations and decision-making.

• GRESB submission scored 71, earning two Green Stars; S&P Corporate Sustainability Assessment ranking improved by 24 percentile points, up 10 points.
• The company completed a portfolio-wide greenhouse gas inventory to set an emissions baseline and expanded assessment of physical and transition climate risks.
• Environmental capital priorities included smart-home expansion, building controls and boiler upgrades, EV charging buildout, and targeted energy and water efficiency retrofits.
• Portfolio footprint: 61 apartment communities, 12,262 homes across seven states as of 12/31/2025.
