Central Plains Bancshares extended the term of CEO Dannel R. Garness’s employment agreement to expire on Oct. 24, 2029.
Change in control agreements for executives Bradley M. Kool and Kurt A. Haecker were also extended to Oct. 24, 2029.
No other changes were made to the employment agreement or the change in control agreements.
