CEPU•Central Puerto canceled 2,299,993 ordinary shares on November 6, 2026, reducing share capital to $1.51 billion, represented by 1,511,470,229 shares.
1. Share cancellation
The shares were repurchased from September 8 to October 11, 2023, under a buyback plan approved on August 24, 2023. After holding the shares in treasury for three years without selling them or adopting a shareholder resolution on their disposition, the company canceled them. The board resolved to register the capital reduction with the Public Registry.
