The development offers 16 floor plans across two collections priced from the high $200s to $400s, with waterview homesites, a recreation center, walking trails, and access to Katy ISD schools and major highways.
2. Compass Lake in the Hills Opening
Century Complete will begin sales at Compass Lake in the Hills in Alford, FL on April 25. This community features one-story floor plans up to 1,684 sq ft, homes priced from the low $200s, LG stainless appliances, quartz countertops, and HOA access to boat ramps, pool, and disc golf.
3. Expansion Impact
