Century Communities will open three new developments in January, adding over 300 home sites in Alvarado TX, Salisbury NC and Monroe NC with prices ranging from the high $200s to mid $500s. Grand openings on Jan. 21, 23 and 31 will showcase model homes and limited-time purchase incentives.

Century Communities is set to open its Lone Oak community on January 31, bringing over 100 single- and two-story homes ranging from 1,508 to 2,260 square feet to Alvarado, just 25 miles south of Fort Worth. Homes will feature three to four bedrooms, two to three bathrooms and two-bay garages, with base pricing starting in the high $200,000s. 2. Scaling Presence in North Carolina - Salisbury
On January 23, Century Communities will unveil Grants Landing, a 200-plus-homesite development near downtown Salisbury offering eight floor plans from 1,758 to 2,725 square feet. Homes feature three to six bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, 9-foot main-floor ceilings, quartz countertops and the proprietary Century Home Connect® smart home package. Stonemill, located 30 miles southeast of Uptown Charlotte, will host its model Grand Opening on January 21.
