Century Communities will host a Dusty Boots Passport Tour on May 14 for under-construction homes, followed by the official Garden Grove Grand Opening on May 16 from 12 to 3 p.m. Prospective buyers can tour six floor plan models, visit move-in ready homes and enter a raffle for prizes.

Garden Grove offers six single- and two-story layouts ranging from 1,786 to 3,036 square feet with three to six bedrooms, two to four baths and two-bay garages. Pricing starts in the $300s and buyers can join the interest list to RSVP and secure a home.
