Century Communities will host grand opening events on April 25 and May 2 for two new Atlanta Metro communities—Belleview Manor in Fairburn and Hawthorne Reserve in Dallas—introducing over 270 homesites priced from the low $400s with 2,013–2,802 sq ft single-family designs and smart-home features.

Belleview Manor offers 152 ranch and two-story homes with 3–6 bedrooms, 3 baths and up to 2,774 sq ft, inclusive of designer finishes, LG stainless-steel appliances and Kohler fixtures. On-site amenities include a clubhouse, Jr. Olympic pool, pickleball courts, playground and pavilion, with opening-weekend model tours, food trucks and exclusive discounts.

Hawthorne Reserve encompasses 120 wooded homesites with 3–5 bedroom two-story floor plans up to 2,802 sq ft, featuring quartz countertops, tile-walled showers, smart-home technology and designer fixtures. Community highlights include a fire pit, grilling pavilion, playground and pond trails, plus a preview event for real estate agents on April 30.

These new communities are expected to boost Century’s near-term revenue as buyers leverage opening incentives and the company’s industry-first online homebuying platform, supporting its strategy to accelerate sales velocity and expand market share in high-growth suburban markets of Metro Atlanta.
