CJ Pony Parts acquires two restoration brands from Holley
CJ Pony Parts, backed by Century Park Capital Partners, bought the Scott Drake and Brothers Trucks restoration brands from Holley Performance Products.
The deal expands CJ Pony Parts’ multi-brand platform in classic Mustang parts and deepens its push into the classic truck aftermarket.
Scott Drake supplies reproduction parts for 1964½-era and later Ford Mustangs; Brothers Trucks focuses on 1947-1987 Chevrolet and GMC pickups.
CJ Pony Parts plans to integrate the brands into its Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and Las Vegas, Nevada distribution network, serving retail and wholesale channels.
