Cerenome publishes presentation on 186RNL survival benefits in preclinical ovarian cancer models
CNSY•Cerenome published a research poster reporting that 186RNL combined with anti-PD-1 increased median survival to 65 days in an ID8agg mouse model, while 186RNL reduced tumor burden but did not significantly improve overall survival in the KPCA model.
1. Preclinical findings
Cerenome published a medical research poster on rhenium-186 nanoliposome (186RNL) in preclinical ovarian cancer models. In the ID8agg mouse model, combining 186RNL with anti-PD-1 increased median survival to 65 days without substantial added toxicity; the combination also reduced tumor burden versus control and either monotherapy and shifted the tumor immune microenvironment toward an effector-dominant response. In the KPCA model, 186RNL significantly reduced tumor burden but showed no significant overall survival benefit (p = 0.668; eight mice per group).
