Board appointments as platform adoption expands

Ceribell appointed Thomas “Tom” West and Sharon O’Keefe to its board as adoption of its point-of-care brain monitoring platform expands.

West previously led Nalu Medical as CEO through its sale to Boston Scientific for $600 million in January 2026. He also ran Intersect ENT as CEO, leading its sale to Medtronic for $1.1 billion.

O’Keefe most recently served as president of University of Chicago Medical Center and COO of University of Chicago Medicine, overseeing more than $2 billion in annual operating revenue.

The platform is deployed in more than 680 U.S. hospitals.
