Certara Q2 FY26 turns to net loss of $6.1 million; revenue rises 1% to $93.3 million

Certara reported second-quarter FY26 revenue rose 1% to $93.3 million, while GAAP net results turned to a $6.1 million loss.
GAAP diluted EPS from continuing operations fell to $(0.04), and adjusted EBITDA slipped 3% to $26.2 million.
Bookings and capital return
Total bookings increased 1% to $98.3 million, driven by software bookings up 9% to $50.7 million.
The company said it completed a $100 million share repurchase program and authorized an additional $50 million buyback.
Outlook and leadership update
Certara reaffirmed its 2026 continuing-operations revenue outlook of $367 million to $382 million.
The company also named Julien Perrier chief commercial officer, effective Aug. 1.
