Certara Q3 net income more than triples to $5.59 million year over year
CERT•Certara’s third-quarter 2026 net income attributable to common stockholders more than tripled to $5.59 million, while revenue rose to $94.9 million. The company narrowed its 2026 full-year revenue growth outlook to 2%–3%.
1. Quarterly results and outlook
Third-quarter revenue was $94.9 million, including software revenue of $48.8 million, up 11% year over year. The net loss from continuing operations narrowed 26% to $3.6 million. Certara also said Grant Peterson became chief product officer effective November 2 and narrowed its full-year 2026 revenue growth outlook to 2%–3%, with software growth expected above that range.
