Form 12b-25 filing delays quarterly report
CFN Enterprises filed a Form 12b-25 to delay its quarterly report for the period ended June 30, 2026.
The company said it needs more time to complete its financial statements and expects to file within the five-day extension under Rule 12b-25.

The company said the change was driven by a reduced discontinued-operations loss from the Ranco wind-down, partly offset by a higher loss from continuing operations.
