On July 9, 2026, CGI delivered Mosaic, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts’s new cloud-based financial management platform, under the MA BEST transformation program. Built on CGI Advantage, Mosaic replaces decades-old infrastructure with a scalable SaaS solution deployed statewide.
Mosaic integrates end-to-end financial workflows and self-service tools to reduce manual processes, while unified reporting modules standardize data and enhance visibility across agencies. The platform supports performance budgeting, procurement and business intelligence to drive data-driven decision-making.
