Shareholders ratified Tang Qian & Associates PLLC as independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2026.
Approval was granted to raise authorized share capital to US$80 million, creating 19 billion additional ordinary shares at US$0.004 par value.
The board was authorized to carry out one or more reverse stock splits through Aug. 24, 2029, within set ratio limits.
The director slate was approved, adding Jialin Li and Gregory McGillis to the board.
