Champion Electric to Sell Quebec Lithium Project for $1 Million Cash
Champion Electric Metals has agreed to sell its wholly owned Champion Lithium Project in Quebec under a December 19, 2025 agreement to a related‐party buyer for aggregate cash consideration of USD 1,000,000, pending Canadian Securities Exchange approval. The company will deploy proceeds to reduce liabilities, bolster working capital and fund strategic initiatives.
