Champion Homes agrees to buy Timberline Homes assets, adding nine Southeast retail sites
SKY•Champion Homes agreed to acquire Timberline Homes’ assets, adding nine retail locations in Alabama, Mississippi and Florida. The deal is expected to close in Champion’s fiscal fourth quarter of 2027, subject to customary conditions.
1. Deal details
The acquisition will expand Champion Homes’ retail footprint and support its direct-to-consumer push, with locations offering financing, permitting and site-preparation support. Timberline employees are expected to receive employment offers from Champion upon completion.
