Champion Homes names Eagle Materials CEO Michael Haack to board, compensation committee

Champion Homes appointed Eagle Materials CEO Michael Haack as an independent director, effective Aug. 24, 2026.
Haack will join the board’s compensation committee.
Haack has led Eagle through acquisitions totaling more than USD 1.6 billion.
He previously spent more than 17 years at Halliburton in senior manufacturing, operations, and global leadership roles.
