Annual shareholder meeting set for Oct. 14 in Hackensack

Champions Oncology shareholders will meet in Hackensack, New Jersey, on Oct. 14, 2026.

Shareholders will vote on electing seven directors for the coming year. The ballot also includes ratifying EisnerAmper as independent auditor for the fiscal year ending April 30, 2027.

Advisory votes will cover executive pay, including the preferred frequency for future say-on-pay votes. Shareholders will also vote on adopting the 2026 Equity Incentive Plan.
