Chanson International Holding announces extraordinary meeting of Class A shareholders

Chanson International Holding will hold a Class A shareholder meeting in Urumqi, China on Aug. 24, 2026.
Class A holders will vote on a proposal to increase Class B shares’ voting power to 80 votes per share from 50.
Shareholders will also consider authorizing an adjournment to allow additional proxy solicitation if needed.
