Chanson Launches Urumqi AI-Driven Bakery Base with 2.4M kWh Solar

CHSNCHSN

Chanson International Holding has commenced construction on a fully automated, AI-driven bakery base in Urumqi, installing Swiss Rondo production lines, IoT sensors and AI-optimized ovens for 40-minute product changeovers. The facility will include blockchain traceability, a -18°C cold chain network and 2.4 million kWh solar output to support expansion.

1. Project Commencement and Scope

Chanson has begun construction on a fully digitalized bakery production base in Urumqi after completing land-use planning adjustments with Shuimogou District government support. The project is designed to underpin the company’s growth strategy and expand capacity for its 63 China stores and three New York outlets.

2. AI-Driven Manufacturing Enhancements

The facility will deploy Swiss Rondo dough sheeting and forming lines, high-precision ovens with real-time IoT monitoring and fully automated cream-filled cupcake lines. AI algorithms will dynamically optimize baking parameters to reduce processing time and enable targeted product changeovers in under 40 minutes while advanced visual inspection and microbiological monitoring systems ensure batch consistency.

3. Digital Supply Chain and Logistics

A blockchain-based traceability system will track key ingredients like flour and dairy throughout production, while ERP integration with sales forecasting aims to improve inventory turnover and cut raw material losses. Partnerships with Xinjiang C.P. Egg Industry and a -18°C cold-chain logistics network will support on-time delivery and product quality across China.

4. Sustainability and Growth Outlook

The base will feature rooftop solar panels expected to generate approximately 2.4 million kWh annually and a ground-source heat pump for energy efficiency. Upon completion, expanded capacity will support further franchise and directly operated store openings nationwide, driving long-term value creation.
