Charlie's Holdings backs Trump plan to streamline FDA flavored vape approvals
CHUC•Charlie's Holdings backed the Trump administration’s plan to revisit FDA rules for the PMTA process, saying it expects the shift to speed authorizations for flavored vapes. The company said it retains 678 timely filed PMTA assets after selling 16 PACHA brand products in 2025.

Charlie's Holdings said it has sought FDA marketing authorization since September 2020 for some tobacco-derived nicotine e-liquids and has made additional filings since May 2022 for synthetic nicotine products. Management said a streamlined pathway for timely filed PMTAs could raise the value of its remaining PACHA portfolio.
